Last month I talked about keeping yourself motivated with your New Years weight loss or fitness goals.
To keep my motivation up I have made myself a rewards chart. I will not be sharing my weight just yet, I have bigger plans for that ;), but here is what I’ve got so far.
Starting weight —
-10lbs: 3 items from Bath & Bodyworks
-10lbs: New workout outfit ( pants, Top & sports bra)
-10lbs: Day trip to Lincoln or Outlets w/ husband
-10lbs: Nose Pierced or small tattoo
-10lbs: KiKi LaRue Dress
-10lbs: Hair cut & styled
-5lbs: GOAL WEIGHT – New Clothes & the satisfaction that YOU’VE done it! Don’t stop just because you’ve reached your goal.. Keep the weight off & don’t get back to bad habits. Don’t make yourself start over.
Yep, that’s 85lbs. I’m not just looking to lose weight, I’m trying to love myself again, love my body and feel good.
This list has changed a few times. I’ve made sure to figure out things that I will be excited about. It was every 5 lbs and some 10lbs,but I feel like its more of a challenge to me if I keep it at every 10lbs (except for that last 5).
That is exactly what YOU have to do, figure out whats going to work best for you and go with it. STICK with it. I’ve seen some people use the dollar jars or the gone marble jars, some use motivation walls too!
